The store sells products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. within Europe. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering and delivery

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

By pressing the “Send order” button, you accept LuxJewelle’s general terms of delivery.

Payment and payment methods

Safe and reliable Paytrail and Klarna operate as a payment intermediary service in our online store, through which the payment options are invoice, partial payment, card payment, online bank payments and mobile payment. In addition, Paypal is also available as payment options.

The LuxJewelle online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the sale as well as other obligations defined by itself.

Payment service providers

Paytrail

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) works as the implementation of the payment brokerage service and the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product (LuxJewelle).

Klarna Payments

Installment and invoice options.

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we may transmit your personal data in the form of contact and order information to Klarna in connection with the purchase transaction, so that Klarna can assess whether you are entitled to their payment methods and tailor these payment methods to you. Paypal

Paypal as payment method. By choosing Paypal as your payment method, you agree to Paypal’s terms of use, which you can find HERE.

Changing the order

You have the right to cancel your order completely free of charge, as long as you cancel before your order is processed and sent.

If you notice that you have made a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately by calling (tel. 041 3140325) or by emailing info@luxjewelle.com. In this case, we will cancel your order, and you can place a new order normally in the online store.

Please note that after receiving the order confirmation, we do not make changes to the order, so the only way is to cancel the order and make a new one.

Separate delivery address

If you want the product delivered to a different address than the billing address, you can select “Delivery to a different address” at checkout. In this case, you can enter the details of a separate, different delivery address from the billing address.

Delivery

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation in your e-mail. Check that the order confirmation corresponds to the order you placed! Keep the order confirmation so that we can find your order information as easily as possible if you are in contact with our customer service.

When we have processed your order, you will receive a new message that tells you the shipping ID of the order you placed or a notice of pickup from our office.

FINLAND: We will deliver your package as soon as possible. Usually, this means about 2-4 business days from receiving the order for stock products. We deliver post-delivery products in 1-3 weeks. If your order contains products to be delivered later, the order will be sent when all our products are in stock. If the product has a longer delivery time (e.g. separate, out-of-stock order products), we try to always indicate this in the product information.

WORLD WIDE: Delivery UPS and PostNord.

Deliveries  within 5-7 working days depending on origin and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (such as a strike, natural disaster, official order or other independent, unforeseeable circumstance not caused by the parties to the contract) or indirect harm caused by delays.

We use the services of Posti and Matkahuolto for shipments abroad, UPS and PostNord. You can pick up orders at the Mikkeli Showroom office on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the address Porrassalmenkatu 17 B, 50100 Mikkeli. We will notify you by email when your order is available for pickup!

Delivery costs vary depending on the selected delivery method and the size of the delivered package (weight and dimensions).

– Gift card mailing to e-mail address

  UPS and PostNord prices can be seen at checkout by entering the delivery address.

  Free world wide delivery on orders over 250,00 €

Finland:

– Delivery to a pick-up point or parcel machine from 4.90 €

  Package delivered to your door from 5.90€

  Pickup orders from Mikkelin Showroom 0 €

  Orders over 69 euros are delivered without shipping costs in Finland.

TIP! If you have chosen pickup and at the same time want to book an appointment for jewelry installation at our store, you can make a reservation by phone 041 3140325 or from the “Piercings appointment booking” section, where you can access Aunetta’s appointment booking!

Change and return

If for some reason you want to exchange or return the product you ordered, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving the product. Instructions for return and exchange can be found below.

Please note that the product to be exchanged or returned must be in its original packaging. In addition, the sealing of the jewelry bag inside the jewelry box (seal sticker or heat-sealed jewelry bag) must be intact. The product to be exchanged or returned must also be unused. The products to be returned will be checked, and if they show traces of use, the product will not be accepted for return.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. We process returns no later than 14 days after the return arrives. We will refund you the amount you paid for your accepted return, the product, through the payment service you used.

Product return and exchange

If you want to exchange a product, you just return the exchanged product and place a new order in our online store.

Regarding the return, proceed as follows:

1. Send us an email with the subject line “Return or Exchange” to info@luxjewelle.com. Include your order number in your message and that you are returning the order in question.

2. Check that all products are included and pack them carefully in the package.

3. Add to the package written on paper

– your order number

– reason for return/exchange

– your contact information

4. Write our contact information on the package

5. Take it to the nearest service point.

NOTE! Unclaimed package is not the same as return! For uncollected packages, we charge a delivery fee and a handling fee of 10 euros for the costs we incur. This also applies to orders that have not been picked up from our office, in which case we charge a processing fee of 10 euros from the amount to be returned to the customer.

Please note the storage times of different suppliers (Posti, Matkahuolto,UPS, PostNord) at pick-up points or vending machines and pick up your package within those time limits.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must notify us of the error in writing, preferably by email, within 14 days at the latest.

If the package is clearly damaged during transport (ie the package has externally visible damage when you receive the package), immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method!
