If you wish, you can mix and match back pieces and ends from different brands, but Invictus does not guarantee perfect compatibility.
This threadless back piece requires a threadless decorative end in order to function as a piercing. Back pieces and decorative ends are sold separately because you can use the same back piece with any ends from the same brand. So you only need one appropriately sized back piece for your piercing, and you can switch between different decorative ends.

These threadless (push pin) piercings are, according to many of our customers, much easier to use than traditional threaded piercings. You don’t need to tighten or twist the decorative end to check whether it’s secure. With these, it’s enough to occasionally make sure that the pin of the decorative end is fully seated inside the back piece.

You can also carefully bend the insertion pin slightly at an angle, so you can get it better for narrow ear piercings, such as forward helix and tragus piercings. Keep the insertion pin for your other jewelry as well, because you can use it on all your jewelry with the same thickness and fastening mechanisms.
The insertion pin is also very suitable for stretching. The insertion pin is designed so that one end is very thin, so that you can easily find your piercing hole, and the other end of the insertion pin is the size of the desired thickness. For example, if your septum jewelry is currently 1.2 mm thick, you can order a 1.6 mm thick insertion pin and a 1.6 mm thick jewelry that you can easily put in place with the insertion pin.
